Tubewell project in Refai Mosque, Sri Lanka, to benefit 50 family’s longstanding drinking water problem.

With the support of all of our fellow brothers & sisters, we are seeking your generous financial assistant to raise fund to install a Tubewell in a local mosque premises to assist and share water for community members of 50 families to fulfil their longstanding drinking water need in a village called Haskampola, Syambalagaskotuwa, in Kurunegala district, Sri Lanka.

Although the Masjidul Rifai mosque committee attempted in few occasion, proper solution has not been found for this drinking water problem that has been ongoing for a long time in this village mosque and the community.

Due to the hard rock build and quick dry land environment, digging for a tubewell by a low income families become an unimaginable task which never been possible to these families who lives in day to day earning.

To find a permanent solution to this striving local mosque and families, our few local members set on a mission to seek assistant from people like us to eliminate the current “long distant, regularly interrupted pipe borne water problem. The community is humbly requesting our generous support to fulfil the families and children basic drinking water need.

Therefor we request your support to invest in this tube well project in their mosque land. Once again it is worth noting that 50 families of village people living closer to the mosque will benefit from this project.
